• public transport would be a bonus.

• no asbestos please,
• cyclone rating,
• adsl2 +, foxtel, phone landline, mobile phone reception,
• no high trees around the house

No:

• chemicals/industry on the property or the next neighbour’s properties – because we prefer an organic lifestyle,
• flooding,
• mobile phone towers (consider future developments) – telstra tower within 2 km,
• high voltage overland power lines (consider future developments) in a 2km radius
